Because digital downloads are delivered immediately or made accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital product once it has been purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Any materials, resources, or content made available on www.jmconsultingandpublication.com free of charge are not eligible for refunds, as no purchase has been made.

Limited Exceptions

A refund, replacement, or correction may be considered solely at the discretion of JM Consulting and Publication in limited circumstances, including:

duplicate charges for the same product
failure of delivery where the product was not successfully received
a materially defective or inaccessible file that cannot be corrected or replaced
